For each purchase of an Eakan jewel, we offer a free shipping in France (1 -3 business days)
Your Eakan jewel will be delivered in a jewel box with an Eakan shopping bag, as well as branded guarantee which specifies all the jewel’s details.
If your purchase is a gift, please specify it in the dedicated area in the checkout form, to receive it wrapped.

Returns and exchanges

To ensure full reimbursement or an exchange, upon receiving your order, you have 14 days where you can decide to withdraw by email or regular mail.
From this date of withdrawal, you have a second period of 14 days to return jewel(s) delivered(s) in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manual .. .), accompanied by the carefully returned return slip (to ask to contact@eakanjoaillerie.com), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. An exchange can be made only by post for purchases made online.
